Northcourt Manor Garden - 15th July

Aug 10
1 min read

It was agreed that this hastily arranged visit should be held earlier in the morning to avoid the heat of the day.  John Harrison and his wife were mind enough to provide plenty of cooling drinks sited in the shadier areas of the garden.

The gardens surround a large Manor House with a boardwalk running through the jungle garden, a stream and a bog garden with a huge variety of plants enjoying the various microclimates.  The roses during our visit were particularly spectacular.

The ornamental pond + tea and cake.
