January 15th
10.30 - 12 noon

Coffee Morning at Rookley Village Hall. Competition: Flower arrangement in an Egg Cup.  Seed swap. Coffee & Cake £1 & £1.50  Raffle.

February 17th

Visit to Chawton House, Alton to see the snowdrops and then on to Gilbert White's House and Garden, Selborne.   Cost of coach and entrances to include a tour of Chawton House with coffee & biscuits £58.00.   Organiser: Sheila.

February 24th
2.30 pm

Annual General Meeting of IWGPG at the Parish Rooms, Newport. PO30 1JU.   Followed by a  talk by Carol Walker "Flower Photography".
Tea & biscuits raffle.

March 26th
10.30 - 12 noon

Coffee Morning at Arreton Village Hall.  Competition: Easter Bonnets.   Coffee, tea £1  with cake £1.50

April 3rd & 4th Good Friday & Easter Saturday

Northwood House Spring Fair.

April 10th - 13th  Holiday to Kent.  This holiday is fully booked.

April 22nd

Visit to West Green House Garden, Hartley Wintney, Hook.  Cost to include introductory talk.  Cost £46, NT members deduct £10.  Please contact Sheila.

April 28th
2.30 pm

Spring Lecture with Timothy Walker, "Plants, Borders & Gardens" at the Parish Rooms, Newport PO30 1JU.  Cost £10 to include tea/coffee & biscuits

May 24th
10.00 - 12 noon

Plant Sale at "Meadowsweet" 5 Great Park Farm Cottages, Betty Haunt Lane, Carisbrooke PO30 4HR.  Tea & cakes £1 & £1.50.   

May 28th

Visit to Abbotsbury Swannery & then on to Abbotsbury Subtropical Gardens near Weymouth.  Cost £46.  Please contact Sheila.

June - first week am & pm.

Visits to Ningwood Manor Garden.  Please contact Sally Whibley to book

June 24th

Members' Open Garden - Ian & Anne Southwell.  Tea & cakes £1 & £1.50.  For those who might public transport the No 8 bus out of Newport passes quite close to Ian's house. 

Events scheduled between July and December are still to be finalised and announced with the exception of the  Autumn Lecture to be given by Fergus Garrett from Great Dixter on Friday 20th November.  Full details to follow.  This is a not to be missed event.
